Our track support slabs from Lauchhammer offer the optimum solution for rail crossings at the same level in heavily frequented public areas. The robust design not only ensures impressive positional stability, but also an exceptionally long lifetime. Especially in areas with high wheel loads, such as intermodal terminals, the heavy-duty design of the track support plates comes in very useful.
Tailor-made for different areas of application
Customized intermediate plates enable individual adaptation across several tracks, and special track widths for narrow-gauge railroads or tramways can also be implemented without any problems. The panels are fully loadable immediately after installation and require no maintenance. They are approved by the EBA and Q1 certified by Deutsche Bahn.
Optimal design with anti-slip surface
The high self-weight and the large-area load distribution - combined with the virtually complete embedding of the rail - reduce both the noise emissions and their transmission into the ground and thus to the neighboring buildings. The anti-slip surface is a basically belonging of our concrete panels for railroad-crossings and the guarantee for safer crossing the tracks.
