B+F Beton- und Fertigteilgesellschaft mbH Lauchhammer (BFL for short) is setting the course for the future as of January 1, 2026: Managing Director Hermann Stenzhorn is entering his well-deserved retirement after many successful years. However, he will remain associated with the company in an advisory capacity as managing director and will continue to support BFL with his experience in this role.
Stefan Rühle is appointed as the new managing director. Together with Harald Robl, he will form the management team of BFL in the future. The company manufactures a wide range of reinforced concrete precast elements for various applications in southern Brandenburg, e.g., in the railway industry, in supply and disposal, and in infrastructure.
Stefan Rühle brings both many years of industry experience and a deep understanding of the location. The 46-year-old lives in Lauchhammer and has been working for BFL since 2019. As a long-standing employee, he is very familiar with the processes and structures at BFL and already has close ties to the company and its employees.
Since joining BFL, he has played a key role in the further development of the Lauchhammer production site, for example in the planning and construction of the new concrete mixing plant, which was officially opened in April 2023 and is one of Germany's state-of-the-art mixing plants.
With a degree in industrial engineering (FH) and team leadership and management positions in various industry sectors, Stefan Rühle is ideally qualified for his new role.
“Taking over the management of the company is a task that I am pursuing with great motivation and respect. I am looking forward to actively shaping the future of BFL together with the employees and my management colleague Harald Robl and to further developing the company,” said Stefan Rühle.
BFL would like to thank Hermann Stenzhorn for his many years of service and is relying on an experienced and competent management team consisting of Harald Robl and Stefan Rühle for the coming years.
